This floor model fryer features a 50-pound oil capacity and tilt-up electrical elements, allowing full access to the frypot for cleaning. These elements are positioned below the fry zone for direct heat-to-oil contact, ensuring quick heat recovery and improved cooking efficiency. A snap-action thermostat maintains temperatures between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, while the deep-drawn bottom is slanted toward the drain to facilitate oil removal.

To maintain oil quality, the Imperial IFS-50-EU includes a fine mesh wire crumb screen that helps filter debris. The frypot’s sides are robotically welded to reduce leakage risks, and a full heat shield protects the control panel from excessive heat exposure. A 11/4-inch full-port drain valve allows fast and controlled oil draining. For straightforward operation, this fryer comes with two large nickel-plated fry baskets, each featuring heat-protected handles. The unit stands on 6-inch heavy-duty stainless steel legs for stability in commercial kitchens.
