The Imperial IFS-40-EU electric fryer holds up to 40 pounds of oil and features a stainless steel frypot, front, and sides for durability in commercial kitchens. The tilt-up heating elements are positioned inside the frypot, ensuring direct heat transfer for rapid oil heating, reduced absorption, and improved food quality. A snap-action thermostat maintains temperatures between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, delivering consistent frying performance. Its 14-inch by 14-inch frying area provides adequate space for preparing a variety of fried foods.

For improved oil filtration and fryer longevity, the IFS-40-EUfloor model fryer features a deep-drawn frypot bottom sloped toward a 11/4-inch full-port drain valve for controlled oil removal. A cool zone beneath the fry zone captures food particles, reducing flavor transfer. Stainless steel basket hangers provide a stable resting place for baskets, while welded and polished seams reinforce the unit’s structure. Two nickel-plated fry baskets with heat-resistant vinyl-coated handles enhance user safety. The fryer is supported by plate-mounted 6-inch stainless steel legs for stability and ventilation.
