The Winco VP-311 is a 10″ handheld grater with small 1.5mm holes. Thanks to an ergonomic black rubber handle and a durable stainless steel construction, this grater is capable of grating firm cheeses as well as a variety of other items. The wide cutting surface with 1.5mm holes allows for a quick and efficient grating process. Ideal to use to grate cinnamon sticks, chocolate, ginger, garlic, and vegetables. This model is also NSF listed and dishwasher safe.
