Description

Use the Winco MSB-10M culinary basket for stove-top deep frying, boiling, and skimming. This will work with a variety of fry pots, sauce pots, and braziers that are 11″ in diameter and at least 2-1/2″ in depth. The basket is constructed from nickel plated steel and has a diameter of 10 inches. This model features a medium mesh which works well for scooping smaller foods while still allowing sufficient drainage.
