The Winco HAC-162 is a round aluminum cake pan with a diameter of 16 inches and a depth of 2 inches. The pan is constructed from durable 18 gauge anodized aluminum which will resist breaking. This straight-sided pan provides optimum heat conduction for evenly-baked results while its non-stick coating ensures damage-proof product release. The pan is also hand wash only.
