The Wells MOD-400TDM/AF drop-in hot food well is fully insulated on all sides, so it is suitable for both metal and nonmetal countertops. Thermostatic controls are placed on two recessed panels, which can be mounted at the front of the counter. Holding food at precise temperatures, the controls enable each well to be independently user controlled. When the unit is used wet, the well’s built-in autofill function keeps water at proper levels, and a drain empties the wells after service.
