It comes with two half-size fry baskets, and the thermostat streamlines operation. Operators can set the temperature between 200 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit, while an immersion-type heating element evenly heats the frypot.

Because the heating element in this Wells F-15 countertop fryer has a swing-up design, it’s convenient for users to move it out of the way and access the frypot completely for cleaning. The kettle can be removed to strain food debris out of the stainless steel frypot, which can be wiped clean. Also constructed of stainless steel, the unit’s body is elevated off the countertop and stabilized by 4-inch, adjustable legs.
