The Wells BMW-206ST drop-in hot food well features a one-piece stainless steel top flange and square corners for long-term strength, while the sides and bottom of the unit are insulated for temperature retention. Measuring 13¹¹/₁₆ inches wide by 21³/₄ inches deep by 8¹⁵/₁₆ inches high, this food well accommodates a full-size 12-inch by 20-inch pan. This unit operates with stainless steel warming pans and tubular heating elements to keep stored food warm, such as soup, beans, and rice. Staff can set and adjust the unit’s holding temperature using the recessed controls, which are located on the front-mounted panel.
