The unit features customizable recipes and factory pre-programmed settings, automatic cleaning, an auto-reversing fan, LED light strip, cool-touch door, USB food probe ports, and drain water tempering. With ventless capability and 4″ legs, it operates at 208v/60/3-ph, field convertible to other electrical configurations, and holds NSF and cULus certifications.
