The Vulcan K6ETT Electric Tilting Kettle is a 6-gallon countertop commercial kettle designed for efficient batch cooking in foodservice operations. It features a 2/3 steam jacketed design and a true working capacity of 6 gallons, allowing consistent heat transfer for liquid and semi-liquid food preparation. The kettle is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and a 316 stainless steel liner for food contact durability and commercial kitchen use.

This model is electrically powered and designed for countertop installation with a manual tilting mechanism for controlled product discharge. It includes a stainless steel tilt handle that can be mounted on either the left or right side and a two-position tilt lock for upright and tilted positions. The unit also features a stainless steel splash-proof control housing, embossed gallon and liter markings inside the kettle, and a mounting base designed for secure installation.

The kettle is engineered to operate with a steam jacket rated up to 50 PSI.
