Description

The Vulcan K12ETT is a 12-gallon electric countertop tilting kettle designed for commercial foodservice operations. It features a 2/3 steam jacketed design with electric heating for controlled and even heat transfer during batch cooking applications. The kettle is constructed with a Type 316 stainless steel interior liner and a Type 304 stainless steel exterior for commercial kitchen use.

The unit is equipped with a manual lever tilting mechanism for controlled pouring and product discharge. It includes integrated operating controls such as temperature control, pressure gauge, power switch, and low-water safety shut-off. The kettle also features embossed gallon and liter markings for measurement accuracy and is designed for countertop or stand-mounted installation. It is NSF listed.
