Vulcan GL80E Gas Steam Kettle is fully jacketed with an 80 gallon capacity. Gallon and liter markings are embossed ensuring visibility for the lifespan of the equipment. A thicker kettle rim provides added protection and longer life in high demand operations.

Designed with a spring assisted hinged cover with heavy duty pivot assembly, 2 inch plug draw-off valve with perforated strainer, graduated measuring rod, faucet bracket, stainless steel construction with 316 series stainless steel liner, flanged feet, electric ignition, 135,000 BTU.
