The Vulcan 36ESB-240 electric salamander broiler is constructed of stainless steel with a durable top, front, and sides for reliable operation in commercial kitchens. Its 36-inch width holds a chrome-plated grid that adjusts to six heights using a cool-touch lever. A removable full-width spillage pan beneath the grid collects runoff and simplifies cleanup after each use.

Powered by two 2,250-watt heating elements, the Vulcan 36ESB-240 supports dual-zone cooking with independent temperature control. Infinite switches serve 208 and 240 volts for flexible operation. Grid dimensions measure 27 1/2 inches by 13 inches, with a temperature range between 250 and 800 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is field convertible from 3-phase to 1-phase as needed.
