The Unox XAVTL-16FS trolley is engineered to accommodate CHEFTOP MIND.Maps? BIG ovens, supporting up to 16 full-size sheet pans. Built of high-strength AISI 316L stainless steel, the structure offers enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. This unit includes front and back tray stoppers, integrated magnets for presence detection, and a removable water tray with drain for easy maintenance. For mobility, it comes with four 3¹⁵/₁₆-inch twin wheels. A detachable safety handle is included to facilitate transport. The trolley’s tray spacing is set at 3⁵/₁₆ inches.
