This single-level unit accommodates meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches as tall as 3¹⁄₂ inches. Its 35⁵⁄₈-inch-wide by 26¹⁄₂-inch-deep by 12-inch-high interior is bottom lit with LED lights to enhance presentation and attract customer attention, while the single-pane glass panels provide a view into the unit. When cleaning is required underneath the merchandiser, it can be moved on its 3-inch-diameter casters.

The Turbo Air TOS-40PN-S merchandiser is equipped with a self-contained refrigeration system that doesn’t require plumbing and uses eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To prolong the system’s service life, its patented condenser removes dust buildup daily with its rotating brush. The digital temperature controller can be adjusted as inventory changes, while the high-density polyurethane insulation preserves generated temperatures to reduce energy consumption. For best results, this unit is designed for environments not exceeding 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55 percent humidity.
