Engineered with a flat stainless steel top, the Turbo Air PRCBE-48R-N-FT PRO chef base doubles as a heavy-duty equipment stand, supporting up to 788 pounds of cooking equipment. This one-section unit includes two full-length stainless steel drawers, each designed to fit two full-size pans up to 6 inches deep (pans not included). Drawer slides support up to 180 pounds of loading weight, while the snap-in magnetic gaskets and full gasket guards help protect the seal. The top is insulated to prevent heat transfer into the refrigerated cabinet.

Built with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Turbo Air PRCBE-48R-N-FT chef base maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A self-cleaning condenser removes dust buildup daily to help reduce maintenance, and the hot gas condensate system minimizes excess moisture. High-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation supports energy efficiency, while an anti-corrosion coated evaporator extends component lifespan. The front digital display shows internal temperatures for quick monitoring.
