The Thunder Group IRFFC004 French fry wedger measures 15³/₄ inches wide by 8 inches deep by 12³/₄ inches high with an adjustable base that can be mounted on a wall or table. Supplied with six wedge blades, a rust-resistant frame, and a pusher block with a cutting frame, this unit creates precisely cut wedge-style fries. For long-term use, it features a cast iron handle, stainless steel reciprocating rod, and a stainless steel trough that holds cut product.
