The 10-inch serrated blade of the 5248369 bread knife is ideal for cutting soda bread, rye bread, brioche, and cottage loaf among others. While cutting, the silicone and nylon handle provides an ergonomic grip that reduces the chances of slipping from the user’s hands. This knife’s offset body protects the knuckles from hitting cutting boards or worktop surfaces. To be used at various intensities, the blade is hardened and tempered using stain-resistant German steel construction. Its whole body measures 1515/16 inches long and can be safely cleaned in a dishwasher as needed.
