Knife Knife Motor:

The solid blade with a hollow ground and high angle non-smearbevel is made from the finest stainless steel alloy obtainablewith stain resistant finish. Knife rotates on dual bearing hub forsmooth even slicing. Detachable for easy servicing.

Feed Chute Material:

Ribbed non-smear set at a 30 degree angle on 220E, GL250,GL300 models. 312EC1 model features gravity feed chute set at a 45 degree angle and large food hopper to easily handle varioussizes of cheeses and meats. Carriage, gauge plate and knife coverin anodized aluminum.

Sanitary Features:

Streamlined design, rounded corners plus quick disassemblingwithout tools make thorough cleaning practical and easy.

Slice Cheese:

312EC1 powerful motor handles cheese for approximately 3hours per day.
