It easily creates medium thick slices of all kinds of vegetables for your recipes, salads, or buffet! At 17″ diameter this 1.5 mm slicing disc is an ideal solution for slicing high volumes of vegetables. This slicing disc is for use with FTW-PA-141 cheese and vegetable shredder/slicer, slicer for vegetables only.
