It easily creates shreds of soft cheeses and vegetables for your recipes, salads, or buffet! The 8 mm shredding disc is an ideal solution for shredding soft cheeses, cabbage, carrots and lettuce and all your vegetable shredding needs. This shredding disc is for use with FTW-PA-11S.
