Ideal for food prep areas, its four 31?2-quart jars accommodate thick sauces and condiments meant to be cooled. Its insulated base can maintain cool temperatures for as long as 4 hours and prevent condensation from forming on the exterior. To ensure condiments remain cool, operators can replace ice or ice packs in each jar.
