The steam table also comes with a 7″ deep cutting board for convenient food prep. Designed specifically for maintaining the warmth of cooked food (not for reheating), it has a 1/2″ NPT rear gas connection for easy installation. Measuring 30-1/2″W x 29-5/8″D x 33-1/8″H, this model is practical and efficient for commercial kitchens.
