The Scotsman MC0530SA-32 is a MC0530 Prodigy ELITE® modular cube ice machine producing up to 476 lbs. of premium full-dice cube ice per day (at 70°F/50°F). Featuring air condensing and 208V operation, this commercial ice maker delivers the classic full-cube ice form preferred for cocktails, fountain beverages, and all-purpose food and beverage service. Integrated IceLinQ® mobile app technology provides real-time diagnostics, guided cleaning, effortless settings adjustments, and unit-specific maintenance information — putting full machine control in the operator’s hands from any mobile device.

The Prodigy ELITE® is engineered for enhanced reliability, food safety, and ease of use in high-volume commercial kitchens, restaurants, and foodservice operations.
