The Scotsman FS0522AX-1 is a F0522 Prodigy Plus® modular flake ice machine producing up to 450 lbs. of high-quality flake ice per day (at 70°F/50°F). Featuring air condensing and 115V operation, this machine creates small, soft, slow-melting flake ice that cools more quickly than other ice forms while delivering very low production costs. Flake ice is ideal for blended cocktails, produce and seafood displays, meat merchandising, salad bars, and therapeutic healthcare applications. Its moldable form conforms to any shape, making it the most versatile ice type for commercial foodservice and display use.

Powered by Prodigy Plus® self-diagnostic technology, the Scotsman F0522 delivers dependable performance with sealed, maintenance-free bearings that eliminate grease and wearable parts.
