The Robot Coupe R401 food processor can easily slice through various vegetables in a fraction of the time it would take cutting by hand. A bowl cutter and vegetable prep attachments are included. The 4.5 quart bowl cutter comes with a smooth, stainless steel S-blade that can easily create homogenous mixtures. A clear lid lets you easily see your product, while a removable cap allows you to add ingredients while the equipment is running.

This unit also features a vegetable prep attachment that is designed to continuously feed and process ingredients, ejecting them into a sold-separately container. A 2-millimeter grating disc and a 4-millimeter slicing disc are included with the Robot Coupe R401 food processor. A list of compatible discs and accessories are listed below. A pusher comes with the vegetable prep attachment so you can easily send vegetables through the disc to create even cuts.
