The Rational 60.76.177 recirculating condensation hood is meant as a retrofit addition that’s compatible with single and Combi duo units or 6- and 10-half-size electric units. This hood features an intelligent control system that adjusts the power generated based on the quantity of steam emitted. It also features a prefilter and HEPA H13 main filter to minimize any lingering smoke. Featuring a simple-to-clean baffle plate, this unit is made of durable stainless steel.
