Each well is equipped with its own 3,500 BTU jet burner, allowing you to heat food quickly and maintain the perfect serving temperature. Independent controls let you adjust each well separately -ideal for holding different menu items at once. An 8″ deep, 1/2″ thick polyethylene cutting board provides extra workspace for food prep, plating, or swapping out pans. The undershelf offers handy storage for utensils, lids, and food pans, keeping everything you need within reach. Featuring a heavy-duty stainless steel construction, this steam table is made to last and withstand daily use in busy restaurants, cafeterias, and catering operations.

For safety, we recommend against installing casters (wheels) on any steam tables.
