Each well is equipped with its own controls, allowing you to adjust the temperature of each well independently – ideal for holding different menu items at once. An 8″ deep, 1/2″ thick polyethylene cutting board provides extra workspace for food prep, plating, or swapping out pans. The undershelf offers convenient storage for utensils, lids, and food pans, keeping everything you need within reach. Featuring heavy-duty stainless steel construction, this steam table is built to last and withstand daily use in busy restaurants, cafeterias, and catering operations.
For safety, we recommend against installing casters (wheels) on any steam tables.
