This variant of the Solstice Supreme™ High Efficiency Prepackaged Fryer System with Solstice™ Filter Drawer System, gas-powered, features (3) 40-50 lb. oil capacity full tanks. It includes solid state controls, boil out melt cycle, drain valve interlock, matchless ignition, self-clean burner, and downdraft protection. Constructed with a stainless steel tank, front, and sides, the system incorporates under-fryer drawer filtration, operating with a total power output of 240,000 BTU (-FFF). It is ENERGY STAR® certified and holds certifications from CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE.
