The Migali C-F35-NG, ENERGY STAR RATED, commercial natural gas fryer is a great for frying your customer’s favorite apps and entrees. This model is designed with a 35 lb capacity oil tank and includes (2) wire mess chrome baskets. Migali uses the highest quality components, incorporating a Robert Shaw brand thermostat for maintaining desired cooking temperatures of of up to 400 F /60,000 BTUs. Finally, the C-F35-NG is also eye catching, boasting a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, chrome accents and casters.
