The Microplane 34006 4-sided box grater is an all-in-one product with four different blade styles giving you the versatility to make many uses of it without having to carry and look for different graters in the kitchen. This grater features three blade styles and one slicing blade all of which are removable for easy access and cleaning. Grating styles include ultra coarse, fine, medium ribbon, and slicer blades. It also features a non-slip grip and rubber bottom which provides comfort and leverage when grating. When you aren’t using the box grater, a reusable cover is also included for storage.
