Made for front loading, it can be stacked with other carriers while still offering access to product. Its preserves product temperatures for as long as 5 hours and accommodates full-size, half-size, and third-size pans with depths measuring between 2¹/₂ and 8 inches. To store tools and additional equipment, it comes with a wire caddy.
