To improve product organization, the Metro C5T9D-ASB C5? T-Series Transport Armour? heated cabinet features a reach-in, dual-cavity layout. Its bottom-load slides accommodate (14) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21/2-inch steam pans and can be adjusted by 117/25 inches. A solid Dutch door correlates with each section so operators can access a specific cavity without exposing both sections to ambient temperatures. Each door is made of welded, 20-gauge stainless steel with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and for identification, the doors include a cabinet ID, whiteboard, and clipboard.

The Metro C5T9D-ASB heated cabinet’s ducted heating system generates and circulates temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit in each cavity, while the cabinet’s sides, top, base, and rear wall are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to minimize temperature fluctuations. Operators can adjust individual cavity temperatures with the top-mounted, analog electromechanical thermostat. Each section’s analog thermometer displays a constant temperature readout, even if the unit is turned off or unplugged. Because this unit can be moved for cleaning, maintenance, or catering applications, the exterior features polymer panels that protect the sides from facility hazards that could create dents or scratches. Furthermore, its polymer handles act like bumpers, shielding the unit from damage if it collides with walls or pieces of equipment. Overall, this cabinet measures 30 inches wide by 391/4 inches deep by 737/8 inches high.
