The Metro C597-SFS-L heated cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass to preserve heat and minimize temperature fluctuations. To optimize product quality, it features alarms that notify operators if the unit’s temperature or water levels fall below the desired range. With intuitive touchscreen controls, users can adjust the temperature between 90 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while a password-protected control lock prohibits unauthorized temperature modifications. Overall, this unit measures 30 inches wide by 363/8 inches deep by 623/4 inches high.

To protect doorframes and nearby equipment during transit as well as simplify cleaning, the Metro C597-SFS-L mobile holding cabinet features a non-marking polymer bumper that functions as a drip trough.
