Supporting MetroMax? shelving units, the Metro 5PCBX stem caster is a low-maintenance tool that fights against corrosion with its polymer horn, stainless steel axle, and polyurethane wheel. Able to transport as much as 300 pounds, the caster enables the shelving unit to be moved with ease through commercial kitchens, facilities, or campuses. This caster can handle temperatures between -20 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit, and a bumper is included to minimize the damage of bumps and scrapes. A swivel mechanism ensures the wheel moves freely, while an optional toe-operated brake enforces control over the unit.
