The Matfer Bourgeat Giant Exoglass® Food Skimmer is a lightweight, ergonomic tool designed to replace heavy stainless steel skimmers in high-volume commercial kitchen environments. With a 2.5 qt. capacity and perforated Exoglass® bowl, it is built to drain and skim large quantities of food from stockpots and tilting kettles while reducing operator strain.

Made of Exoglass®, Matfer’s patented polyamide material, this food skimmer is nonstick, non-porous, and easy to sterilize. The perforated design allows for efficient drainage while the ergonomic handle keeps hands safely away from hot products. Temperature resistant up to 428 degrees F and dishwasher safe.
