The Krowne 16-196 automatic faucet is a battery-operated unit that doesn’t require wiring setup, but it will need battery changes periodically. The faucet’s infrared sensor controls water flow by detecting motion, only dispensing water when needed. A 30-second timeout and 2-second closing delay ensure water is not wasted. To increase its service life, this faucet features a sealed, waterproof construction.
