To sanitize ice cream dippers between uses, the Krowne 16-149 dipper well secures dippers and spades in place while collecting water from the included faucet. This drop-in dipper well is 7³/₁₆ inches in diameter by 6³/₁₆ inches high and can be installed into a 6¹/₂-inch-diameter hole. The dipper well’s rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction is simple to wipe clean, and the brass faucet is chrome plated. Both components meet various states’ low-lead requirements, and overall, this system withstands temperatures between 40 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
