The cabinet is equipped with six vinyl-coated steel shelves to facilitate product organization and is insulated with high-density polyurethane to preserve chill. Operators can adjust the temperature between -9 and -4 degrees Fahrenheit using electronic controls and monitor the levels on an exterior temperature display. To reduce labor and streamline cleaning, this unit features an automatic defrost and removable door gasket.
