The bin of the John Boos UBIB-1830-CP7-X underbar cocktail unit measures 28 inches wide and 15 inches deep. It’s insulated, which slows the rate of melting ice. The seven-circuit cold plate cools soda lines, and the interior cavity is easily accessed through the two-piece sliding lid.

This John Boos UBIB-1830-CP7-X underbar ice bin and cocktail unit is made of 18-gauge, 300 series stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and durable. The side and leg bracing provide stability, so the unit doesn’t tip over. It features adjustable, stainless steel bullet feet designed to provide stability on uneven floors. This underbar ice machine’s standard threaded holes can be used to attach adjacent units together.
