The John Boos EPT6R5-3060SSK-L prep table can be used to prep produce, wash hands, and more. The top level has a left-sided, one-compartment sink and a surface for holding and preparing items. Since the unit is made of stainless steel, it resists corrosion and can withstand commercial use. Its 5-inch backsplash keeps water from splashing onto walls, and the stallion edge blunts the front for safety. Since the top sides are bent at a 90-degree angle, the unit lines up with other tables and can store a wide variety of equipment and supplies on the adjustable underside shelf.
