The John Boos E1S8-1620-12R18 sink’s side drainboard provides kitchen staff with a surface on which to rest dishes before or after they’re washed. Withstanding scratching and rust, the sink is constructed of stainless steel. It’s made with a backsplash that catches water spray from the sink in order to keep it from damaging walls, while adjustable feet enable staff to level out the table on sloped floors.
