The InSinkErator THROAT GUARD is designed to mount at the throat opening of a disposer, providing a safety barrier that prevents hands from entering the grind chamber. It remains securely in place while the disposer is installed on a sink or trough. This guard is compatible with any disposer featuring a standard 6⁵/₈-inch throat opening and includes a gasket and mounting bolts for secure installation.
