IKON ITG-48, 48 inch Thermostatically Controlled Gas Griddle, CETLus, NSF, CE, is a reliable appliance, which can fit any food-service operation. It is equipped with piezo pilot ignition system and easy hi-lo or thermostat control for each burner. Front, sides and back, as well as cooking surface are produced from stainless steel and are easy to clean and maintain. With the temperature range of 200- 550℉, this griddle offers much flexibility for choosing the most appropriate way to cook various products. Thermostat maintains the selected temperature during peak hours. Each griddle burner is rated at 30,000 BTU (9KW).
