The single door is spring assisted to remain open past 90 degrees or self-close when opened to lesser angles. While the unit’s interior cabinet fits one epoxy-coated shelf, the drawers accommodatevarious pan configurations. A layer of 2-inch-thick polyurethane ensures the cabinet is well insulated, while the exterior and interior feature durable stainless steel construction.
