This Hatco WFST-1X Flav-R-Savor™ large-capacity display cabinet holds prepared foods at safe serving temperatures for long periods of time, reducing prep tasks during peak periods. Foods can be loaded into the case straight from the oven, and operators can adjust holding temperatures with the temperature selector dial for quick adjustments. Left and right heaters circulate heat evenly throughout the cabinet, and as the doors are opened, its high airflow rate recovers temperatures quickly. When operators use the humidity selector switch, its 3/4-gallon water tank produces the moisture required to preserve food textures and prevent them from drying out.

These shelves can be adjusted in 2-inch increments into horizontal or slanted configurations and accommodate 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. LED bulbs light the interior, while tempered glass side panels grant a full view of merchandised products. Overall, this unit measures 321/16 inches wide by 256/25 inches deep by 3273/100 inches high€”ideal for countertop applications. Employees can use the rear French-style doors to insert and remove items, and these doors self-close to reduce heat loss.
