Groen’s TDB40 Gas Steam Kettle is 2/3 jacketed with electronic controls allowing operators in commercial kitchens of all sizes achieve more precise temperatures for maximum cooking consistency. Features a standard heavy-duty reinforced rim, for ease of cleaning and preventing damage from utensils. Ideal for restaurants, supermarkets, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels and anywhere batch-style cooking takes place.

Additional features include Advanced controls with digital display, thermostatically controlled auto shut-off, safety tilt cut-off at 12 degrees, pressure relief valve, high limit pressure switch, low water cut-off and 24 volt control system. The self-contained steam source reaches kettle temperatures of 150F to approximately 295F. Unit measures 25.1″ height x 28″ width x 22.4″ depth and comes standard 208v/60/1-ph, 10.8kw, 52.0 amps.
