The Gold Medal 2496 butter dispenser holds one 35-pound bag or two 19-pound bags of butter. To dispense butter onto popcorn, the operator presses and holds a button. A drip pan under the dispenser collects excess product and facilitates cleaning, and a forced-air heating system keeps product warm.
