The vat has a 15-pound shortening capacity, which is ideal for low- to medium-volume applications.

The Garland GD-15F gas fryer doesn’t have any hard-to-clean heating tubes. Its frypot is made of rolled steel, while its front and sides are made of stainless steel for durability and a streamlined cleaning process. Powered by natural gas, this unit uses a piezo ignition to create a spark that heats the fat.
